Pressure & Vacuum

Our calibration lab handles all types of pressure and vacuum instruments, including analog and digital pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, manovacuum gauges, sensors, transmitters, and complete measurement chains, from –0.95 bar to 700 bar in relative pressure, in laboratory and on-site across Morocco.

Weights & Scales

QualiMet performs ISO/IEC 17025 calibration of reference weights from 1 mg to 20 kg in accordance with OIML R 111 recommendations, covering accuracy classes F1 (1 mg to 200 g), F2, and M1 (1 mg to 20 kg). We also calibrate and verify non-automatic weighing instruments: electronic balances, analytical balances, platform scales, and mechanical scales.

Dimensional

We calibrate calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, pin gauges, ring gauges, granite surface plates, profile projectors, laser scan micrometers, levels, and inclinometers. Our lab features the OGP SmartScope Flash 200 for high-precision 3D dimensional control.

Temperature

QualiMet provides accredited calibration of digital thermometers, PT100 probes, thermocouples (K, J, T, N, S, R), infrared thermometers, data loggers, and complete measurement chains from –80 °C to +600 °C. We also perform thermal chamber characterization (FD X 15-140) and autoclave qualification (EN 285 / EN 13060).

Torque

QualiMet offers accredited calibration of torque tools from 1.25 N·m to 1,500 N·m in accordance with ISO 6789-1 and ISO 6789-2:2017, including torque wrenches (click, beam, and digital), torque screwdrivers, and powered nutrunners. Our lab is equipped with reference transducers of 25, 150, and 1,500 N·m.
